Youth Show Clinic English or Western Lesson Horses Available This clinic offers instruction on intermediate and advanced riding skills to prepare for the show arena. The focus is safety around horses, horse care, grooming, and equitation (riding form) for success in the show arena. Students will learn about different events and participate in these events in their own Horse Show! It is open to Youth riders of all ages and skills. |

Perfection in the Show Ring! Clinic For Adults English and Western Days Intermediate and Advanced Riders Focus of this clinic is perfecting horsemanship skills. Western Events will be held on Saturday and English Events on Sunday. Riders are invited to bring their own horses. The goal of this clinic is to allow each student to learn how to show their horse to the best of that horse's ability. This is a great chance for student's to try a new event, have their horse, tack or show outfits evaluated and most of all-- gain confidence in the show ring! Ranch/Trail Trials Practice Clinic for Adults Intermediate and Advanced Riders (Beginners may email for Private Lessons!) Focus of this clinic is preparing horse and rider for Ranch Trial Competitions. Clinic includes cattle work, pattern work, learning to rope a mechanical steer, roping and dragging objects from horse, sorting and penning cattle while working gates from horseback. Also, horses will learn to navigate obstacles such as bridges, water boxes and more. Participants will have the opportunity to introduce their horses to the fundamentals of roping through the use of a mechanical steer and live cattle. It includes reviewing tack, safety, horsemanship an beginning roping skills for those who have never roped. |
